Evan Little is a multi-hyphenate performing artist, director, choreographer, dramaturg, and educator whose work moves fluidly between professional theatre, commercial entertainment, higher education, and community arts ecosystems. As the Founder and Creative Director of EL Artist Services LLC (ELAS), Evan designs and delivers training experiences that fuse the expectations of professional musical theatre and commercial performance with the accessibility, care, and individual attention of small-cohort education.
His practice is anchored in musical theatre, vocal performance, and creative entrepreneurship. In every space he leads—whether a mainstage musical, a devised showcase, or a homeschool co-op club—Evan's focus is on cultivating artists who understand both craft (technique, interpretation, rehearsal discipline) and context (how the industry functions, how to collaborate responsibly, and how to advocate for themselves and others).
A graduate of Appalachian State University's Theatre Program and the Hayes School of Music, Evan also received pedagogical training from the Reich College of Education and completed intensive BFA studies at Rider University and Otterbein University. His career spans professional regional theatre, Cedar Fair corporate entertainment, opera, cabaret, and over 50 community and educational productions—making him one of the most versatile and comprehensively trained teaching artists working in the region today.
